A Detailed Practice
The Practice is to find an awareness of self. The purpose is to support the mind through the practice of asana /moving meditation/ which to most is the gateway to the yogic philosophies. We want to be able to sit for extended periods of time, moving past the distractions that come from the body, that come from the perceptions we have taken on, that come from anything that is not serving us. The goal is Self Realization. The knowledge and understanding of ones true self, where you become the most loved, the most supported, and it all comes from within. In 2019 we use the terms ‘Self-Love’, and ‘Live Your Best Life’.
A space for you to be. We will explore Breathing, Alignment, and Meditation, to become knowledgeable in the art of Yoga. As the journey goes on you will become confident to practice mindfully and safely. These private sessions will help you receive yoga’s optimal benefits, in or out of a classroom setting. A great way to connect. Helping you find the space for you and your team to focus. This class can be rejuvenating, charged, restorative and awakening, or a blend of all. My rhythmically relaxing and technical approach to Dharma Mittra Yoga, which includes elements of Hatha and Vinyasa creates a uplifting space to explore yoga and its benefits.
