Next Stop

It’s here!! I am so excited to for you all to listen to Next Stop. An audio sitcom about your mid-to-late 20’s when everyone is changing around you, and you worry that you might not catch up. I play Ally Lonergan one of three main characters in the show. She’s funny, hip, quirky, and has a TEMPER, but it’s all good cuz she cute!

This was one of the most fun experiences I’v had with a cast. As well as Yay! for booking my first VO gig! I loved being in the booth, and I cannot wait to get back when we are allowed outside. I learnt so much from the amazing people at Multitude Media.

So buckle up and tune in to all 10 episodes released weekly (on Tuesdays), to help you get through your quarantine, or self isolation. Listen on Spotify, Apple Pods , or online at NextStopShow

Working the musical

I just finished a very successful run of Working the Musical at MeadowBrook Theatre, located right outside of Detroit Michigan. What an amazing way to start off the new year! 2020 here we come! I played a Housewife (song -Just a House Wife), Cleaning Woman (song- Cleaning Woman), and Lady of The Night (Roberta Monologue). It was truly wonderful to be back on stage again, flexing my theatre muscles!

Happy Love Day ❤️

Happy Valentine’s Day my lovely’s. Happy Love Day as I like to say to the ones I hold dear. I just want to remind everyone that one does not need a partner to love. All one needs is the willingness of an open heart. This month I have been talking to my yoga students about Ahimsa. An act of non-violence. We can all do this in our own little way. By loving ones self and listening to the needs of the mind, body, and soul. And then making conscious steps to answer those needs. I think the kids call is ‘Self-Love’ I just call it life. So grab a glass of inner love and drink all dat shit up! Be proud of who you are and what you have, because you wouldn’t have it if not for your hard work and dedication. Allow yourself to recognize yourself and start finding different ways to fall in love with yourself. For you can only love others when you truly find forgiveness on the inside.
Thanks you to my friends and family for always keeping me in check. Thank you to myself who shows up for me every single day. I couldn’t be great with out you!
You can’t be great with you!

Yoga – A New Beginning

Yoga into the New Year! I’m excited to share with you all my teaching schedule.

•8am – Tuesday Morning @harlemyogastudio•

•Subbing @lifeinmotion and @studiointheheights•

My goal is to have 5 classes on my schedule this year so watch this space to see how I navigate yoga in the city, and my own personal journey. Drop any trips, tricks, advice, and motivation in the comments below that you might think will help me achieve his goal.

Making goals for yourself is so important. With me I find it to be one of the things that helps to keep me grounded. To always keep moving forward and striving for something. A nice way to look at is; your goals help to pave a cosmic road for your life. My road looks like a baby to royal blue celestial path filled with stars that are every moving and changing. It allows 360degrees of movement. It might send me up and down, side to side, and  don’t be alarmed if you see me in a loop da loop.
